Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated and experienced caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a home setting. This role requires a blend of caregiving skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently while following care plans.
Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation, light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being.
- Observe and report changes in clients' conditions or behaviors to healthcare professionals, family and care managers.
- Uphold client rights by ensuring dignity, respect, and privacy during all interactions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred but family member caregiving experience is also acceptable
- A willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs of each client is essential.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
