My husband and I have called Temecula, Murrieta, and now French Valley home for decades. We both moved to the area in the early ‘90s, and now, we’re excited to give back to the community that has meant so much to us.
After many years in the corporate world, I decided to take a new path and founded Seniors Helping Seniors® Temecula Valley (https://shstemeculavalley.com/). We are now a licensed home care organization (HCO# 334700249) and are building a compassionate team to serve local seniors.

Our caregivers (often seniors themselves) provide non-medical support to seniors who want to remain in their homes. This may include Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, and respite care for family caregivers. Additionally, support may extend to Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like assistance with dressing, feeding, and bathing.
We offer paid training at $16.50 and will guide you through the process of registering as a Home Care Aide with the Department of Social Services. Background checks are required, but we’ll support you every step of the way. Schedules are flexible, and we match you with seniors based on compatibility and availability.
