Seniors Helping Seniors®in-home care services of Lansing, MI brightens the lives of seniors who can benefit from a helping hand and a friendly smile. Our caregivers, who are seniors themselves, make life a little easier by providing compassionate care in the comfort our care receiver’s home.
SHS empowers seniors to continue to live independent lives by taking care of day-to-day tasks that become more challenging as seniors age.
We are currently hiring caregivers to provide services in Ionia, Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton counties. Job location will be within 20 miles of your home.
Required:
* 1 year care giving experience required.
*Must be available to work evenings and weekends!

Companionship and Homemaker Duties may include:
· Provide Companionship
· Assist with Light Housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming, washing dishes, etc…
· Shopping and Errands
· Meal Preparation
· Medication Reminders
· Light Yard Work
· Light Maintenance Person Services
· Overnight Supervision
· Incidental Transportation to doctor’s appointments, family or their favorite restaurant
Personal Care Duties may include:
· Assist with Dressing
· Assist with Feeding
· Assist with Showering / Bathing
· Mobility Assistance
· Assist with Toileting / Incontinence
· Memory Care
Other Responsibilities:
· Arrive on Time for all Services
· Maintain documentation of all services provided on your Timesheet and the Ally Caregiver App
· Record and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior or appearance to our office staff
· Communicate regularly and proactively with our office staff
· Participate in relevant in-service opportunities and other informational meeting when possible
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
