Job Description – Caregiver
Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home care services of Pee Dee ( SHS Pee Dee ) brightens the lives of seniors who can benefit from a helping hand and a friendly smile. Our caregivers, who are seniors themselves, make life a little easier by providing compassionate care in the comfort our care receiver’s home.
SHS Pee Dee empowers seniors to continue to live independent lives by taking care of day-to-day tasks that become more challenging as seniors age.
Qualifications :
- Enjoy working with our senior population
- Be a caring, empathetic, compassionate and reliable individual
- Understand the importance of our services to our seniors
- Have positive attitude and be dedicated to our SHS mission
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Ability to follow detailed instructions to execute our care plan
- Maturity to deal effectively with the demands of the job
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism set by SHS
- Be proactive to find other ways to help our seniors once all tasks have been completed
