Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a CNA Weekly Floater. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in the St. Louis and South County area.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of caregiving experience, personal reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. They will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, providing positive interactions, and embracing our Four Core Values of Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, and Advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)
- Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation
- Engage in positive interactions to support clients and their families
Requirements
- Current CNA certification
- 3 years of caregiving experience
- Possession of personal reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Able to travel up to 30 miles to reach client's home
- Able to work every other weekend
- Able to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check
