What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Call Caregiver position at Seniors Home Care?

As a CNA, your primary role is to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation. You will also provide positive interactions to support clients and their families while embracing our Four Core Values of Compassion, Integrity, Dignity and Advocacy.
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour | Part-Time Position Available
We are currently seeking two positions:
- Weekend on call
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday and rotating weekends
- Hours: 8 AM to 8 PM

Required Experience Needed to Join Our Team:
- 3 years of caregiving experience
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) license required
- Have personal, reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
- Have a VALID driver's license
- Must be willing to travel within a 30-mile radius of Webster Groves.
- Able to work every other weekend.
- Able to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check.
- Must be available within an hour of receiving the call from scheduling
- Must be willing to work in a home or facility
- Able to work with all pets
- Willing to work with both male and female clients
- All levels of care ranging from companionship, total care, and end of life:
- Hoyer experience
- Gait belt experience
- Dementia
- Parkinson's Disease
Team members assist clients with:
- Daily Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)
- Positive interactions to support clients and their families
- Light housekeeping, meal preparation, mediations reminders, transportation
