Your Responsibilities

• Assemble and test manufactured door frames and related components.
• Read and follow English instructions, measurements, and assembly guidelines.
• Use tools such as tape measures, drills, mallets, and other basic hand tools.
• Cross-train in multiple areas, including building, packaging, and assembly.
• Lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Collaborate with team members and assist peers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety standards.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Ability to read and measure accurately using a tape measure.
✅ Strong understanding of written and verbal instructions in English.
✅ Willingness to work overtime when required.
✅ Experience with basic hand tools (drills, mallets, etc.) or willingness to learn.
✅ Ability to twist, turn, lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, reach, and perform physical tasks.
