This position reports to the SCM and will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing teams, safety, inventory management and ensuring efficient processes.

3. Physical Requirements:
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift heavy objects - 20-80lbs on a regular basis, stand, walk, or bend for long periods of time.
Attention to Safety: Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and practices; ability to ensure the safety of team members and inventory.
Required Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Warehouse Experience: At least 1-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar field.
Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or team-leading role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Inventory Management: Familiarity with inventory systems and processes, such as stock control, cycle counting, and product tracking.
Computer Software: Highly proficient in Excel, Word, Infor and Outlook
