Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Shift Differential: 20% on top of base wage. Work 36, Paid for 40!
The core schedule for this role is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM. This is a shift startup. Onboarding and training for the position will be Monday-Thursday until the shift launches.

The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur. It requires wearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protective equipment.

Right now! We're hiring for fabricators and general production associates to work:
- Pre-Fabrication for Machine Operation (Saw, Press Brake, Plasma)
- Heavy Assembly in our Lamination Cell. This can be a gateway to learning how to weld! Heavy manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications.
- Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company.
- Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook.
- Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge.
- Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- A solid understanding of production and organizational methods.
- Previous experience with blueprints, hand tools, tape measures, and drills.
- Fine-tuned communication skills.
- Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process.
- High School Diploma or GED desired.
