This key role will report directly to the Production Manager and be responsible for ensuring smooth daily production operations through effective scheduling, managing ERP system data, and coordinating across multiple teams.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to handle multiple priorities, and comfortable interacting with various departments including Customer Service, Sales, and Production staff.

Responsibilities:
Production Packet Management:
Release daily production packets to the floor, ensuring all necessary information is included for the production team to carry out their tasks efficiently.
ERP Data Management:
Extract, update, and analyze production-related data from the ERP system to support scheduling and production planning.
Order Revisions:
Manage and communicate changes to orders and production schedules, ensuring proper coordination across departments.
Production Planning:
Coordinate production plans across various stage gates to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
Act as the liaison between Production, Customer Service, and Sales teams to ensure production timelines and customer expectations are met.
Reporting:
Compile, organize, and send daily reports on production progress, order status, and any updates or changes to the schedule.
Stakeholder Management:
Interface with various teams, maintaining clear and concise communication to address concerns, requests, and updates.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve scheduling conflicts, order discrepancies, or any operational issues that may arise in a timely manner.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute ideas for improving processes, workflows, and communication to ensure the efficiency of the production schedule.
