Strategic Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

 

Your tasks

  • Identify potential customers with a good strategic fit (premium positioning) and gather relevant customer information to develop meaningful responses to RFI/RFP/RFQ
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing customers and develop material and dialogues
    required to develop such opportunities and represent Sennheiser Mobility to negotiate partnerships and commercial deals
  • Develop, build, and nurture long-term partnerships with local partners to enhance account penetration
  • Conduct regular structured review meetings with key accounts and local partners to assess account
    health and performance and strengthen relationships as needed
  • Actively contribute to developing the sales strategy for Sennheiser Mobility solutions, coordinate with Sennheiser Mobility Marketing to support key clients for local marketing activities, attend trade fairs to strengthen the brand presence and develop market insights
  • Develop a product roadmap Sennheiser Mobility based on market insights and in collaboration with
    Sennheiser Headquarters product planning functions
 

 

Your profile

  • Higher education degree in Business, Strategy or relevant field and a great passion for audio experiences
  • 5 year experience in automotive or technical sales, international professional experience, esp. in China
  • Outstanding communication skills Fluent in English/German, Chinese language or other foreign language is a plus and the ability to work with diverse teams, interpersonal skills
  • Experience in track record of key account management, product planning, product development and innovation roadmapping
  • full professional proficiency working occurrence, and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and willingness to travel

This position will report to the Director of Sennheiser Mobility team located in Stuttgart Area, Germany. You work closely together with our Marketing Team at HQ and with the Mobility Development Team in Zurich/Switzerland.
