Senox Corporation is looking for a recruiting assistant to join our HR team! This role will support the HR team in the corporate office by executing the staffing efforts of the company and building a strong workforce to service our customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the entire recruiting cycle including but not limited to:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and post ads
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry association
- Involvement in networking events, job fairs and other programs
