The Project Coordinator will work closely with multiple departments and company executives to maintain data accuracy across multiple platforms, stay well-informed about all aspects of company facilities and insurance administration in an overall effort to contribute to the support of Senox.

Job Duties
- Provide research and cost analysis for each location
- Lease financial annual reconciliations
- Review new lease contracts
- Facilitate branch relocation
- Interact with real estate brokers
- Manage building acquisitions
- Obtain local occupancy permits
- Maintain complex insurance spreadsheets for multiple policies
- Maintain highly accurate lease file for each existing branch location
- Manage lease contract obligations
- Negotiate all leases including lease renewals using Senox’s outlined standards
- Oversee Tenant Buildout construction in all locations.
- Actively participate in a team environment.
- Provide accurate and creative solutions in a timely manner.
- Consistently be available to perform assigned duties.
- Research and resolve questions received via telephone calls & email in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and use business and technical writing skills to create policies and documentation as necessary.
Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Lease negotiations, building acquisitions, and commercial real estate contract
- Knowledge of commercial construction is helpful but not necessary
- Managing negotiations for multiple locations at the same time.
- Must be able to travel 50% or more
- Proficient personal computer skills including email, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
- Willingness to learn CAD
