">We are seeking a results-oriented leader with a commitment to quality and efficiency to fill our Senior Production Manager position. As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee day-to-day operations in designated production departments, ensuring our products are manufactured efficiently, meeting (and exceeding) quality standards and on-time delivery.

- Assist the VP with strategic decision making and business analytics across the Lab ">
- Monitor performance of all direct reports and indirect reports ">
- Develop and monitor training programs for every department task ">
- Report to the VP of Operations on the daily work status ">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or related field; 7 years' experience in a manufacturing, packaging and/or production environment ">
- ~10 years' progressive leadership, supervisory, and/or management experience ">
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to strong team building ">
- Detail oriented with strong computer operational resources utilization skills ">
