Job Overview

Sensata Technologies, Inc. is a leading global supplier of sensing, electrical protection, and control solutions for the automotive industry.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team in North America.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to key accounts and manage tiers that support customers on designated programs
  • Enable excellence and consistency in overall customer support and responsiveness
  • Develop strong and effective internal and external relationships
  • Communicate directly with customers on assigned responsibilities and tasks
  • Assist with account setup, lead-times, order quantities, payment terms, product pricing, shipping terms, supplier codes, supplier portals, and tier related items
  • Support delivery, payables, quality, warranty, and other customer-related issues, escalations, and discrepancies

Requirements

  • A university degree (Bachelors) or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization
