Job Description:
The North American Aftermarket Sales Professional plays a vital role in providing support for key accounts and managing tiers that cater to customers on designated programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develops Strong Relationships: Builds effective internal and external connections with customers, sales associates, and internal teams.
- Fosters Customer Feedback: Spends significant time in the field gathering feedback from customers to enhance product development and procedures.
- Customer Communication: Directly communicates with customers on assigned tasks and responsibilities, including executive-level managers and sales team members.
- Account Management: Assists with account setup, lead-times, order quantities, payment terms, product pricing, shipping terms, supplier codes, supplier portals, and tier-related items within the regional sales team.
- Internal Matrix Support: Supports activities between customers and the internal organization matrix as needed, including delivery, payables, quality, warranty, and other customer-related issues.
Requirements:
