What You’ll Be Doing:
Welcome & WOW: Greet patients and families like they’re part of our family and make their experience special from the moment they walk in.
Phone & Communication Pro: Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, take messages, and keep everyone in the loop.
Organization Overload: Keep the office running like a well-oiled machine—calendar management, data entry, and filing are your superpowers.
Tech Savvy Rockstar: Use Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and email to keep everything on track and running smoothly. Bonus points if you love working with social media to spread the word about our amazing office.
Admin Ninja: Help us stay organized with everything from record-keeping to assisting upper management in making sure everything is done on time.
Evening & Saturday Availability: Help us serve our pediatric patients during the hours that work best for them – evenings and Saturdays are the prime time when kiddos are free!
What We’re Looking For:
