This role requires hands-on cleaning experience paired with strong leadership abilities to effectively manage our cleaning staff, oversee operations, and maintain high standards of service.Key Responsibilities :
- Lead daily cleaning operations, including staff scheduling and oversight.
- Train, supervise, and support cleaning staff to ensure meeting company standards.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement necessary details andimprovements.
- Step in to fulfill cleaning duties when required.
- Assist in developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and maintain equipment.
- Communicate with clients as necessary to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction.Qualifications :
- Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with prior experience supervising staff.
- Background in business operations, scheduling, and inventory management is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Great customer service
