Job Summary -
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with expertise in intranet and SharePoint development projects within the Private Equity (PE) sector . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business analysis, and private equity workflows , ensuring seamless collaboration, document management, and regulatory compliance through advanced SharePoint solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for intranet and SharePoint solutions in a Private Equity environment.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with PE business goals.
Work closely with fund managers, investment teams, compliance officers, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SharePoint solutions.
Identify risks, track project progress, and implement mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
Ensure regulatory compliance (SEC, GDPR, KYC, AML) in document and data management processes.
Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Private Equity stakeholders .
Work closely with investment professionals to understand deal flow, fund structures, investor relations, and reporting needs .
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for SharePoint and intranet platforms.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the final solution meets compliance and operational requirements.
Provide end-user training and ongoing support for investment teams and fund administrators .
Intranet & SharePoint Development Support
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of intranet and SharePoint-based solutions tailored for PE firms .
Ensure secure document sharing, version control, and workflow automation for deal management and investor reporting.
Support the integration of financial data, CRM, and compliance tools with SharePoint.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint, permissions, and data security.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: [X ] years in project management, business analysis, and Private Equity domain .
Strong experience with intranet and SharePoint development projects .
Deep understanding of Private Equity processes , including deal origination, fund administration, investor reporting, and compliance workflows .
Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 .
Familiarity with Private Equity regulations (SEC, GDPR, AML, KYC) and risk management.
Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies .
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills .
Certifications such as PMP or SharePoint-related certifications are a plus.
