- Advanced skills in ADO, SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint and other tools
- Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall
- At least 10 Years of as a Project/Program Manager and 2-3 Years of Scrum Master experience
- Lead and Manage cross-functional business teams, multi-vendor teams for application development using Agile principles
- Should have experience managing budgets across projects; This role will have oversight across all the project PMs for individual projects
- Facilitate various Scrum ceremonies with Scrum Masters & PMs and take responsibility of the overall program delivery
- Provide Metric driven reports on overall program delivery and quality; Provide feedback, advise, and encouragement to team members
- Host program meetings for program updates with teams, management & leadership teams, client and other vendor stakeholders
- Adhere with the deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness and raising risk and issues at the right time
- Should be responsible for end to end program execution, leading PMs & managing multiple projects and completing them within budget
- Manages delivery of the program scope, objectives, and success metrics
- Oversees timeline, quality, and operations. Understands overall scope and deliverables map against release timeline.
- Created program & project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management
- Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Works with the Solution and Enterprise architects to ensure the program team adheres to overall solution design across tracks
- Responsible for ensuring coordination of work efforts at program level, understands and manages critical path key dependencies
- Works with Track Leads and Program Managers to understand status of work efforts and impact to the program to move delivery forward
- Drives resolution of risks, issues and decisions, and escalates to governance forums as necessary
- Oversees resource requirements identification to execute program plans; Establishes approach, tools, and templates to support program execution
- Provides status, guidance and impediment review to sponsors, stakeholders & Executive Team and manages Executive expectations related to the program
- Supports Release planning, Annual Operational Planning, Budget Planning, Investment Prioritization
- Facilitates SteerCo, OpCo, PMO, Cross Functional Team, Program Scrum of Scrums meetings to communicate and address risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, and milestones delivery for the program
- Generates Status Reports, Success Metrics Log Entries, RAID log Entries, Change log Entries, Escalation Procedure, Team Building Exercises, Team Recognition, Transition to Support Deck
- Close Phase: Warranty Period Agreement, Executive Summary of Validated Benefits Realization, and Summary of Retrospective Lessons Learned
