Roles and responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain smart contracts using Solidity or Rust.
- Implement Ethereum-based or Hyperledger-based blockchain solutions.
- Optimize gas fees and transaction efficiency in blockchain applications.
- Design and develop front-end & back-end components for DApps.
- Integrate blockchain protocols with existing web applications.
- Work with wallets, APIs, and decentralized storage (IPFS, Arweave, etc.).
- Implement secure coding practices to prevent smart contract vulnerabilities.
- Work with cryptographic algorithms, hashing, and digital signatures.
- Conduct code audits and implement security best practices.
- Set up and maintain blockchain nodes for development and production.
- Develop and maintain oracles & cross-chain bridges.
- Implement layer 2 scaling solutions like Polygon, Optimistic Rollups, or zk-Rollups.
- Write unit tests and integration tests for smart contracts.
- Debug and optimize transaction processing & gas usage.
- Stay updated with the latest blockchain trends, technologies, and security protocols.
