Job Description
As a robot operator, your primary role will be to use and deploy Sensei’s robotic systems. This involves:
- Performing repetitive tasks with the robotic equipment (such as clothes folding, dish washing, clutter clearing & cleaning)
- Watching videos of robotic applications and providing simple feedback (e.g, rating the robots performance)
- Minor technician hardware work (simple and on an as-needed basis. No experience required, we will teach you everything you need to know!)
Qualifications
Applicants with backgrounds in the following are especially encouraged to apply: warehousing, fulfillment, packaging, factory/assembly line manufacturing, construction
No specific requirements, as long as you are capable, creative, friendly and take pride in your work! Sensei is a small startup and we are looking for operators that are excited about robotics and share our vision. Sensei is very well funded, and we are seeking team members that will ideally grow with our company.
If you are eager to learn there will be significant opportunities down the line to shape the future of the company, as well as your role in it. We are open to hiring our robot operators full-time if it seems like a good fit after a few weeks/months of contractual employment.
Flexible Schedule and WFH
The first 1 week will be onsite in order to onboard train. After that, you are free to work from the comfort of your own home! When working from home you may choose whatever schedule you’d like, as long as an agreed-upon minimum number of hours/week of robot operation are completed.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
