We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Fabricate components as necessary for repairs and improvements.
- Conduct residential painting projects as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
- drive company vehicle for material pickup and delivery
Experience
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with team members and management.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, carpentry, plumbing, and general repair techniques is advantageous.
- Experience in residential painting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
