By utilizing cloud-based technology, we ensure efficient management of accounts payable and receivable, credit cards, banking, and invoicing.
The Consulting Intern will assist in delivering high-quality financial services to clients across various industries. This role involves supporting functions within accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense processing, and financial reporting. The intern will gain hands-on experience with cloud-based accounting technology while developing essential client communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include :
- Process and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit card transactions using accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, BILL, and Fyle).
- Post customer payments and assist with bank reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of sales tax reports and maintain customer sales tax exemption certificates.
- Download and record revenues from third-party applications and banking systems.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, including variance analysis, budgets, and rolling forecasts.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Participate in special projects, such as data management and process improvements.
