Job Description:
As a Client Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert assistance with their health plans. Your role will be essential in ensuring a seamless client experience and maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing prompt and accurate information.
- Resolve client concerns or escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Maintain and update client records in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Educate clients about new plan features, changes, or updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and follow up on client cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health insurance plans, terminology, and regulations is a plus.

Pay: $19.60 - $20.60 per hour
