Position Summary
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the Marketing and Product Strategy for Sensience globally. This role will be the face of Sensience both externally and internally and will lead a team responsible for brand management, market research, marketing communications, and marketing operations. The incumbent will lead building a team that prioritizes innovation while balancing operational excellence to accelerate business growth.
They must have strong customer relationship management (CRM) experience in order to connect with our global Sales team.
Position Responsibilities :
- Lead Sensience marketing strategy and team to develop customer focused, short- and long-term cross product family growth strategies focused on both organic and inorganic growth priorities
- Construct scalable marketing process including lead routing, lead scoring, campaign operations and ROI measurement, content automation to drive efficiencies across marketing / sales functions.
- Lead product strategy with product management team and partner with sales operations to align go to market strategy, improve funnel conversions, and enable sales hunters to achieve needed revenue growth
- Establish best practices for marketing technology infrastructure by partnering with IT leader on database / lead management, data integrity, system governance and integrations with both internal and external parties
- Manage collection and analysis data in support of growth strategies. Conduct in depth quantitative and qualitative research into customers, competitors, and the marketplace. Create reports presentation and actions based on data
- Create a robust contact database segmented by customer type, product strategy, and enables scaled selling
- Lead a marketing communications team to develop effective customer and market communications strategies and to execute those strategies including :
Develop messaging strategies for each industry to better position Sensience as thought leaders in our served industries
