IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
As a member of the Global IT team, you will play a critical role in managing, securing, and optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will oversee all aspects of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and enterprise tools. You will provide hands-on support, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement long-term solutions to optimize performance and reliability. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations and foster collaboration and productivity across teams in a dynamic, global environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Intune.
- Administer Active Directory and Entra ID, including user accounts, group policies, and multi-factor authentication.
- Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions for Microsoft 365, Azure, and other key SaaS solutions, ensuring business continuity.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Fortinet and Meraki devices.
- Procure, deploy, configure, and maintain IT hardware including laptops, docking stations, monitors, printers, networking and conference room equipment.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems align with business needs.
- Provide expert-level support for IT-related issues and train end-users on best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and make recommendations for upgrades and enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Intune.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including firewall rules, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN configurations.
- Experience managing hardware, including laptops (Macs and Windows), printers, network devices, and MS Teams conference room equipment.
- Proficiency in Entra ID and Azure configurations, including 2FA and SAML integration with third-party SaaS applications.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and configuration of IT systems.
- Experience with Intune endpoint remote management and best practices.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices, including managing Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview.
