Position: IT Accountant
Work Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Duration: Full-time/Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll on ADP platform.
- Processing payment to vendors and utility companies.
- Employee benefits processing to HR.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Coordinating with landlord for various matters.
- Depositing checks.
- Scanning of documents to the accounting department related to banks.
- Processing checks.
- Follow up with sales team on pending SAAS and Subscription orders.
- Help sales team in providing information requested by them.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, business partners and company officials.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (mainly Excel and PowerPoint).
- Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, any ERP system such as SAP S/4 HANA.
- Foundational knowledge of GAAP accounting.
- Assistance with pricing related discussions and analysis.
