Project Manager Responsibilities
- Manage multiple work streams/Scrum teams
- Manage multiple SCRUM teams and manage all SCRUM ceremonies such as Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Sprint Review meetings.
- Working with Scrum team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
- Maintain project timeframe, estimates and status reports.
- Prepare and present project and program status reports
- Assist senior leaders in staffing, planning, report preparations
- Develops, maintains and manages detailed project plans, action item registers and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects.
- Conduct risk assessments for the projects.
- Collaborate in preparing for the PI Planning
- Assist Product Owner and team in backlog refinement.
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrum meetings with other Scrum teams
- Coordinate the project release and deployments.
- Monitor project deliverables.
- Prepare status reports, presentations and present to stakeholders.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Experience
- 10 plus years of IT experience
- Minimum of at least 4 years of experience in a project management capacity in Project Manager & Scrum Master roles in software development projects
- Prior experience managing multiple project teams for a common roadmap
- Experience managing system implementation and integration projects
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders alike
- Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations.
