Job Description
Position: Salesforce eCommerce Developer/ Cloud Craze Developer
Location: Houston, TX - (Hybrid) in office 4 days a week
Contract: Long term
Must Have:
Job Summary
- Expertise in Salesforce e-commerce technology, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging.
- Conducts complex business process analysis and collaborates with architects, engineers, and product teams to align digital solutions with business goals.
- Works in an Agile environment with developers, product owners, scrum masters, and business analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design/coding sessions and implement solutions for complex applications development.
- Contribute strategic vision on applications/software development.
- Perform analysis, coding, testing, and implementation of software solutions.
- Act as a mentor and foster the growth of peers and team members.
- Lead Salesforce B2B Classic/Lightning eCommerce implementations.
- Design and develop headless solutions for eCommerce, including API implementation.
- Coordinate with integration teams and manage dependencies and APIs.
- Perform system planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- 10 years of relevant experience.
- 5 years in eCommerce design and development.
- 3 years with Cloud Craze (Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Advanced coding skills and knowledge of enterprise coding standards.
- Ability to mentor and train peers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B).
- Familiarity with headless architecture and API integration.
