We got our start building websites and have expanded into a full-service advertising agency, helping our clients take advantage of the fundamental changes taking place in the marketing world – the emergence of digital technologies, expanded multiculturalism, and the transformative impact of social media.What we are looking for : We are seeking an innovative Associate Creative Director with a passion for storytelling and a proven ability to bring bold ideas to life. This role requires a creative leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a track record of guiding teams to develop impactful campaigns and visuals. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with artistic vision, inspires creativity across projects, and drives results that resonate with diverse audiences. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in crafting compelling narratives and innovative concepts is essential.Full-Time / Competitive SalaryWhat you’ll be doing : Work with the Creative Director to develop original creative concepts assisting on multiple projects from initiation through execution and managing a team of designers.Help drive the collaborative efforts of the project’s Creative, User Experience and Technology teams, and inspire teammates at all levels to exceed expectations.Implement creative direction and develop creative materials, including television, radio, print, social media, and digital advertising, that resonate with audiences.Develop and deliver thought leadership and creative solutions that strengthen clients’ market distinction and leadership position. Articulate and defend conceptual and directional choices.Integrate art, copy and production functions.Serve as an experienced presenter.Maintain client contact at brand level and above.What you’ll bring along : Experience working in highly collaborative, integrated teams at mid-size advertising agencies.Bachelor's degree, and 6-8 years of experience in an advertising or digital design agency environment.Experience directing creative projects and overseeing the production of creative content.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, InDesign, Animate, After Effects, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, in particular), and current web standards (CSS3 a plus, but not required).Understanding of digital interfaces, responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile), interactivity and basic UX / UI.Strong infographic design and typography skills.Strong conceptual thinking.Ability to parallel task, from one project to the next, with ease and flexibility.Ability to contribute ideas, and execute ideas of others quickly and competently, but also form part of the initial creative process, as warranted.Ability to work collaboratively with a team or take on assignments independently.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Willingness and ability to stay on top of the latest visual design trends, to ensure creative work remains forward-thinking and timeless.Please include a link to your online portfolio / work samples on your resume.
