Responsibilities
- Speak with customers to answer product and service-related questions and suggest information about other products and services
- Open customer accounts and document account information
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Contribute to team performance by accomplishing specified results as needed
- Build sustainable relationships with customers
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role
- Strong phone, communication (verbal and listening) and documentation skills
- Customer focused and adaptable to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
