Key Responsibilities:

Paid Search & Local Service Ads -LSAs: Assist with Google Ads and Bing Ads campaign management, including updating search terms and negative keyword lists. Monitor campaign performance, flagging issues for the Marketing Manager and/or agency partners. Support new campaign builds using pre-established templates. Maintain LSA credentials and business details, ensuring accuracy across accounts. Update service areas, service types, photos, and business bios as needed.

Paid Social Media & 3rd Party Advertising: Assist in building new paid social media campaigns based on templates. Proof ad designs and draft ad copy for approval. Pause or update social ads as directed. Manage third-party ad platforms, ensure correct contact details, budget updates, and campaign monitoring.

Direct Mail & Tracking: Generate and maintain UTM codes, call tracking numbers, and QR codes for direct mail campaigns. Assist in proofing and quality-checking direct mail creatives.

Reporting & Optimization: Populate and maintain monthly performance scorecards. Upload customer lists for retargeting in PPC and paid social media. Organize and maintain media assets.

Competitive Analysis & Testing: Assist in keyword tracking and competitor analysis. Conduct bi-monthly PPC and paid social audits to identify performance gaps. Support new ad testing.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and digital advertising principles.

Strong analytical skills with a desire to learn campaign management and optimization.

Experience with SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and analytics tools is a plus.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

This is an hourly, non-exempt position. The hourly wage range is from $20.00 - $24.00/per hour depending on experience
