Manufacturing Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of operations ranging from calibration and assembly to packing and shipping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing practices and demonstrate a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and safety standards in manufacturing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods during shifts.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
