Job Title : Configuration Specialist
Reporting To : Mechanical Engineering Manager
Department : Engineering
Location : Chatsworth, California
Shift : Monday - Thursday (7 AM - 5 : 30 PM)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.
- Follow-up skills a must.
- Experience in the Manufacturing field a plus, but not required.
- Should possess a strong ability to multi- task and a sharp decision maker able to resolve issues and work under minimal supervision.
- Possess the ability to work and communicate professionally with all levels of staff and management in an ethnically diverse environment and in dealing with different customers.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication. Establish and maintain contact, coordination and liaison with staff members.
- Must be computer savvy and have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office, Solidworks, Autocad, Microsoft Access, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, PDF, etc.
- Experience with EPICOR is a plus
- Able to establish priorities and ensure deadlines are met and must be able to work overtime as required.
- Must be able to manage highly confidential subject matter appropriately.
- High energy, diligent problem solver, with a strong work ethic.
