Senspex in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, is seeking to hire an HR Assistant for our Rio Rancho Department!
The HR Assistant is responsible for assisting with various professional level administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations in the organization's Human Resources department. This person supports HR and other departmental and functional business units. This position carries out responsibilities in the following HR functional areas: recruiting and staffing, onboarding and termination actions, employee training, file management, employee relations, benefits administration, employee performance management and tracking, procedure and process writing, compensation planning, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. This position is key to the success of the HR department, and may be the first point of contact for external customers/vendors/visitors.

The qualifications we require:
- Associate's degree or currently obtaining degree in related field, preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in any fields relating to Human Resources

- Must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work within the United States
- National security clearance: This position may require obtaining a U.S. DoD security clearance. Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance in order to work on projects/programs
- Must possess acceptable forms of identification under the REAL ID Act
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background and drug test
