Senspex in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, is seeking to hire a Project Administrator for our Operations Department!
The Project Administrator is responsible for supporting the program manager with organizing and controlling project activities through communicating risks, opportunities and current state of the project. Through collaboration with the operations team, the Project Administrator fulfills their job responsibilities by the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. This position focuses on administrative tasks, keeping documentation, ensuring compliance, and providing support. They make sure the project follows organizational standards and policies. Overall, this position provides professional administrative support and assistance to the program manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This position is also responsible for shipping and receiving functions, providing customer support, and assisting the business development team with various administrative tasks.

What you'll get to do as a Project Administrator at Senspex:
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Assist installation crew with travel bookings and other installation logistics.
- Assist with standardizing and maintaining project templates, including but not limited to, trip plan reports, ATP documents, and site survey templates.
- Assist the Program Manager in maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures to ensure project deadlines are met and projects are completed on time.
- Prepare necessary presentation material for meetings.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, timeframes, schedule, budget, and closeout reports.
- Assist in documenting project execution processes and procedures into standard operating procedures and work instructions.
The qualifications we require:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field of study plus one (1) year minimum experience in related field; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Demonstrated flexibility in response to changes in projects, focus, deadlines, etc.
- Ability to travel, up to 10%, domestic and international.

- Must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work within the United States
- National security clearance: This position may require obtaining a U.S. DoD security clearance. Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance in order to work on projects/programs
- Must possess acceptable forms of identification under the REAL ID Act
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background and drug test
