THE ROLE :
Sensus, a Xylem Brand, seeks to hire a Cloud Security Engineer. Our Atlanta office is located in the historic Biltmore building, across from Georgia Tech’s campus, walking distance to several great restaurants, and centrally located to the MARTA.
We allow for flexible hours and some telecommuting options, but you should be in office most days.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Secure Cloud Based environments, particularly in AWS
- Perform ongoing, monthly audits of infrastructure for vulnerabilities
- Advise on and preventatively remediate security issues
- Write scripts to aid in testing, debugging, and gather statistics on the servers.
- Work with client companies to ensure their data is properly secured
- Strategic planning and project management
