We are looking for a Call Center Representative who will be the liaison between our practice and its current and potential customers/patients. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively scheduling patients for new and follow-up appointments, diagnostic imaging, and procedures. Solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries and keeping patient satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior are also vital.
