Job Description : Marketing Coordinator
SENTA Partners, a leading management services company in the ENT and Allergy healthcare sector, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in executing marketing strategies, coordinating events, managing digital content, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for healthcare marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Manage and update practice websites and google listings; ensuring content and information is accurate.
- Collaborate with practice leadership and Marketing Leaders on social media strategy. Plan, design, schedule, post and report on relevant and engaging content for Facebook and Instagram for select brands.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for improvement. Work with Marketing Leadership on Quarterly Marketing Reports, as well as continuous analysis as needed.
- Create and design marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional items.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Assist with marketing events, such as conferences, webinars, internal meetings, and community outreach programs as needed.
- Support the development and implementation of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing.
