Sentar is seeking a Technical Capture and Proposal Strategist in Huntsville, AL!
Role Description:
This senior-level role acts as the critical interface between the Business Development (BD)/Capture teams, Proposal Support, and technical personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between BD/Capture, technical personnel, and BD Support and facilitate seamless communication across cross-functional teams
- Provide independent and collaborative technical inputs on RFIs and RFPs.
- Support development of technical volumes, approaches, and articulate past performance qualifications.
- Identify relevant past performance and align it with current proposal requirements.
- Support the development of innovative solutions by leveraging deep technical expertise.
- Collaborate with BD/Capture and BD Support teams to generate compliant, persuasive proposals.
- Ensure adherence to and support for CMMI processes throughout proposal development.
- Work proactively to maintain high standards in proposal quality and technical integrity.
Qualifications:
Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (if needed, we can remove this if not .needed)
Education: Minimum of a Masters degree in a relevant field
Experience:
- Senior-level professional with extensive technical experience
- Experience with technical proposal support within a government contracting environment.
- Proven track record in solution development and writing compelling technical volumes.
- Understanding of the BD/capture paradigm
- Deep technical knowledge in the companys primary business areas
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled in preparing technical content that meets RFI/RFP requirements and highlights past performance.
- Strong collaborative skills to effectively work across various teams and disciplines.
- Experience following and supporting CMMI processes
- Ability to identify past performance qualification against current requirements
- Ability to work with BD/Capture and BD Support to ensure compliant and compelling proposal are generated
- Ability to support technology innovation
