Group Fitness Instructors create a welcoming and positive experience for Wellness Center members and guests by answering questions and providing education, identifying and executing improvements in activities, processes and programs, and assisting with maintaining a clean environment to facilitate the best possible member and guest experience.Minimum of a high school education, with an undergraduate degree in fitness, kinesiology, or related field preferred.1 year group fitness experience preferred or 200 hours as a group exercise instructor preferred.A nationally recognized group fitness certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire date. Nationally accredited certification preferred.
