What You’ll Do:
✔️ Collaborate with teams to gather and document business requirements
✔️ Analyze processes, workflows, and data to identify improvement opportunities
✔️ Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications
✔️ Support cross-functional projects and initiatives
✔️ Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
✔️ Work closely with IT teams to implement solutions
✔️ Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3 years of Business Analyst experience (healthcare preferred)
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
✅ Proficiency with analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Visio, Excel, Tableau, SQL)
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
✅ BA Certifications (CBAP, CCBA) — nice to have!
