Sentara Home Care Infusion is looking for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Scheduler to join the team.

Requirements :
- LPN-Associate's Degree LPN-Diploma (Non-degree)
- Preferred : 12 months experience required.
- Preferred : Previous Home Care experience

Job Summary
Responsible for scheduling home visits for Sentara Home Care in a computerized scheduling system. Accountable for accurately and completely obtaining required information in the scheduling process. Accountable for delivering exemplary customer service to all customers at all times, answers telephone, calls or takes messages and delivers to appropriate personnel.

TS - Trade School Graduate : Licensed Practical Nurse (Required)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nursing License - Compact / Multi-State License, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Single State - Nursing License - North Carolina, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Single State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
