In this role you will:
We are a brand-new facility that opened in November 2024. Our business hours are 7am - 11pm. We conduct approximately 100 scans per week.
We are conveniently located on the campus of Sentara Obici Hospital. We have a 3T MRI, which is perfect for orthopedics, joints, prostate, and breast imaging. Physicians and patients benefit from the expertise of our sub-specialized radiologists, who ensure accurate results from high-quality images.

Position Overview
In this role you will:
- Support the MRI Department patient throughput
- Stock supplies
- Light transport duties and escorting of patients
- Perform administrative and clinical support
- 3:30 p.m. - 12 midnight
- Monday-Friday
- 40 hours per week
- No weekends or holidays
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Healthcare experience preferred or desire to enter the radiology field.
- Ability to stand for multiple hours.
- Ability to push/pull 50lbs.
- Self-motivated, team player, punctuality, flexible (job duties may shift day to day based on needs of the department.)
