- FLEXI / PRN, 6 hours per week
- Day ShiftMinimum Requirements
- Registered Nurse - BSN preferred
- 5 years acute care experience
- Previous ICU, ED or Transfer Center experience preferredTransfer Coordinators assesses, plans, develops, implements, and evaluates transfers for patient flow throughout the system network. Coordinates and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate appropriate and timely patient placement and / or transfers. Coordinates and communicates capacity management plan to nursing units, leadership team and physicians. Possesses clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to meet standards of care required by the patient population.
