As an Administrative Associate - Central with Sentara, you will work in the Emergency Department or Patient Registration. This position's primary duties include positively identifying the patient, collecting demographic and insurance information, and point of arrival reception. This role allows you to work with both clinical and non-clinical staff and requires excellent customer service skills.
