Sentara Medical Group has a full-time APP to join Sentara's Advanced Heart Failure Clinic in Norfolk, VA . Join our dedicated Physicians and APPs as they provide a team-based collaborative approach to patient care, and are offered seamless access to the many resources available throughout the greater Sentara network for their patients.
Position Highlights Include :
- Hybrid mix of Inpatient and Outpatient services for AHF Clinic
- Patient Panel of 15-17 patients a day
- Comprehensive Benefits and Retirement package
- Malpractice and Tail coverage
- 3,000 Annual CME allowance
- 5,000 Annual QPI Bonus
- 10,000 Student Loan Reimbursement Program
- Fully integrated EHR (Epic)
