What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Health Educator position at Sentara?
Sentara is hiring a Community Health Educator, for our Violence Prevention Program at Norfolk General, in Norfolk, VA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Community Education Experience strongly preferred
- Community Programs and support group experience preferred
- Distracted Driving, Fall Prevention, Gun Violence, Conflict Resolution education experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred (Public Health, Education Etc.)
Shift: Full Time. May include some potential for activities on weekends as needed
