What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Customer Operations position at Sentara?
The Customer Operations Manager leads the call center team to increase member satisfaction, retention, and growth by efficiently delivering competitive services to members, provider, brokers and groups through a fully integrated organization staffed by knowledgeable, customer-focused professionals supported by exemplary technologies and processes. Maintains oversight of call center functions and activities and implements procedures that assures a high level of customer satisfaction in accordance with plan policy and procedures.
Five years related experience can be in healthcare or customer call center management.
Five years of related supervisory experience is acceptable in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
